		<description>I normally don't make these kind of "house calls" but I will make an exception of family, friends and church members. An elder in my church was having trouble sending e-mail and he was using Netscape Mail on OSX 10.3.  I converted him over to the latest version of Firefox and Thunderbird and all worked fine.  He is currently and Earthlink customer and despite the smtp intruction wit Netscape he couldn't send.  After switching over to Thuderbird not only did it send but it was a lot faster even on his slow connection in a remote area of Travelers Rest.</description>
