We’ll meet to answer some questions: What kind of site do you want? What features would you like? What will your needs be in the next few years? Is BigBlueHat a good fit for this project? We’ll put all this in a discovery document.
We’ll put our plans in a contract and sign it with you. You will give us 50% of the total costs, and we’ll give you a project time line.
We will go to work at creating a design to meet your needs. You go to work deciding what words you will use to fill your site.
We’ll send you a mock-up of your new site, so you can see what it is going to look like. Once you approve it we go back to work, turning the mock-up into a working web site.
Next we install our easy-to-use content management system and integrate it with your new site. You will finalize your content, and we’ll work with you to get it into the new site.
We’ll send you a link of the temporary home of your new web site. Take a look and make sure you like how it looks and works. Then send us your final payment, and we’re ready to “go live.”
Once you have done any marketing that you want to do you, we will be ready to bring your site live. We will have a brief training session to show you how easy it will be for you to update the content on your site in the future.
Last of all, we’ll get your feedback on the project. What did you love about working with us? What could we adjust to make our future clients even happier? How can we help you in the future?
